With their combined knowledge and experience in the care sector, they are using it to provide bespoke care to clients in the comfort of their own homes and supporting staff in a friendly, flexible and professional manner. Both are passionate about caring and take pride in getting involved in the day-to-day care of their clients and continue to be hands-on, leading by example to their staff. They both believe that this approach gives them better rapport with their clients as they get to know each individual.
