Dear Santa
Newbury Weekly News
Dear Santa Claus I know you only give presents to good girls and boys that’s why I’ve been extra good this year! I even stopped eating eggs around my brother because they make him ill. I hope you and Mrs Claus the elves and reindeer have kept safe this year . I will get you some special cookies, milk and carrots for the reindeer. Because I’ve been so good, I would like it, if I ’m able, to get a dolls house, a toy dog as my brother gets poorly with real doggies, a book for my big sister and a football for my brother . If we get this my mum will be happy because she said the only thing that makes her happy is to see us happy. I hope you have a very safe journey and remember to wear your mask.
Dear Santa Claus, I have tried extremely hard this year to behave. I have tried my hardest at everything– I make sure I look after my sisters and my mum says I’m such a old fashioned boy with the best morals. I hope you and your family have been keeping safe and I hope Covid-19 has not got to the North Pole! I am going to leave you some hand sanitiser along with your treats I leave you so that you keep safe. I know it’s been a hard year and if you can I would like to receive anything to do with football or wildlife – I love to be outside exploring or playing football so this will make me very happy. Love

Dear Santa, My name is Amelie, and I am 3 years old. I am so excited for you to visit on Christmas Eve. My Granny Pat asked me to write this letter and send it to the Newbury Weekly News . It’s Granny’s favourite paper, and Granny says it’s your favourite too so you’ ll get to read this. I am working hard to stay on the good list (well most of the time), and I have sorted out some of my old toys and books to give to other children not as fortunate as me. This year I would really like to see all my family, especially my Nana and Grandpa, who I haven’ t been able to see much this year . I would also like a pedal bike and a camera. We will leave treats for you and your reindeer. I am very good at sleeping, so are Mummy and Daddy, and we promise to be fast asleep when you come. Lots of Love Amelie Kelly (aged 3)
Dear Santa My name is Chika – I am eight years old and my brother’s name is Chima , he is four years old. Please my brother and I have been so good this year. We respect and listen to our parents. We are also nice to our friends and we always do our challenges in school. Please Santa can I have a Nintendo switch and can my brother have a motorbike because he loves racing.
