SINCE Fiona Bennett graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in the mid ‘80s, her career as a singer, pianist, actress and songwriter has taken her all over the world. Fiona knew her musical career was something she might have to rethink when her hearing began to fail and she now wears hearing aids. In December 2018, I attended a funeral celebrant course. “I love talking to people and I love to write, so this course seemed an obvious choice.” In 2015, Fiona met up with and married fellow Guildhall graduate, John Heritage so, although she has kept her maiden name for all things musical, she
