WINNEY Richard. Passed away 4th April 2020 aged 76 years at Basingstoke Hospital. A loving husband to Glenna. Brother to Gwen and Doreen. A loving, special Brother-in-Law and Uncle. A friend to many.

SMITH Ron sadly passed away at Roseland Parc Nursing Home, Cornwall on 7th April aged 89 years. Now reunited with his beloved Grace. He will be deeply missed by all his family, second wife Yvonne, sons and daughters, Jackie, Chris, Penny, Jonathan and Terry and their partners. All his grandchildren, Paul, Mark, Zoe, Zara, Hannah, William, Katharine, Jade, Abbie , Kane, Mia and his 7 great grandchildren. Private cre- mation due to the current restric- tions a memorial service will be held later in the year for all his family and friends both in Cornwall and Newbury. STEVENS Gordon William passed away peacefully at Broadmead Rest Home on 11th April 2020 aged 88. Loving husband to the late Mary, father to Chris and Hugh, grandfather and great grandfather. Alan was born in Swansea in 1936. An avid fan and supporter of Swansea Football Club for almost 80 years, he also sponsored and served many members of AA during his 40 year sobriety. He leaves a belov- ed wife, Nannette, two daughters, Wendy and Michelle, two sons-in- law, Jake and James, six grand- children, Sophie, Chris, Tom, Charlotte, George and Yazzy, one great grandchild, Elle and a loving sister, Valerie Glenna Mary. Aged 83 passed away peaceful in her beloved cottage on Thursday 9th April 2020. She will be enormously missed by her children, grandchil- dren and great grandchildren. Passed away peacefully at home in Great Bedwyn on 10th April 2020 aged 91 years. Sally will be sadly missed by all her family, her many friends and the people she delivered bread to in the local district, she enjoyed serv- ing in the bakery, especially the children with their sweets. Celebration of life to be held at a later date COOKE, Robert Charles sadly passed away at Ladymead Care Home, 6th April 2020 aged 87 years. Loving Husband, dearest Dad to Penny, Paul, Mick and Jen, lovable Father-in-law, wonderful Step Dad, much loved Grandad Bob and Great Grandad. Details of church service and celebration of his life to follow later in the year. COTTINGHAM John sadly died of Covid 19 at Basingstoke Hospital on April 1st; true to character he was destined to have the last laugh! He is survived by his wife Mel, children: Janet, John and Michael and his grandchildren: Steven, Eva, Francesca, Alfie, Imogen and Joseph - he was very proud of them all! He outlived his beloved first wife and daughter; Betty and Lesley by many, many years. Due to the horrid current situation the funeral has to be for immediate family only. John was a larger than life character and his funeral will be celebrated once restrictions are lifted by a memorial mass at St Joseph’s Church, and hopefully a wake at The Rampant Cat. Details to be published in due course. Family flowers only and donations to the RNLI or Injured Jockey’s Fund. The memorial details will be published in the NWN. He always did it his way!
