Campbell’s challenge New MD is looking forward to ‘diverse and rewarding’ role at David Wilson Homes

“The best days are always a Thursday when we conduct our site visits and get to spend time with our exceptional site and sales teams.” Mr Gregg has enjoyed getting to know the team and the developments, and looks forward to leading David Wilson Homes Southern to continue its position as the leading housebuilder in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire. “We work in an incredibly diverse and interesting business where there are always new challenges,” he said. “Changing legislation on planning and carbon reduction, for example, alongside the continual challenges of securing new land opportunities for our developments whilst also driving improved safety and quality on our sites.” In his spare time, Mr Gregg enjoys coaching his son’s rugby team and is a keen clay pigeon shooter.

Mr Gregg said: “Barratt Developments, which David Wilson Homes is a part of, is well respected as one of the leading housebuilders in the UK. “Having had previous experience with the developer, I was thrilled when the opportunity arose to rejoin them, in particular, taking over the Hungerford division with its reputation for
