Greenham Common has an amazing history stretching back to medieval times, through the world wars and the cold war, and you can learn all about that in The Control Tower, which is run by volunteers who ensure there is always something to see and learn. Come and take a guided tour (booking required) and take in the history and the breath-taking view from the top of the tower. Then feel free to purchase some refreshments from our takeaway café which is open Thursday/Friday 11:00 – 3:00 and Saturday/Sunday 10:30 – 3:00.
