At Abstract we liked the short 15 - 20 - minute focused personal training sessions, and even after this relatively short time we are already feeling the bene�its. Sharon is a keen gardener and I go for regular bike rides, and both of us have noticed how much stronger and �itter we are in our enjoyment of these activities, as well as being able to keep up with our grandchildren! After an initial twice a week session to get us ‘on track’, we now both attend once a week and shall carry on with this to maintain and improve our �itness levels. The personal, friendly atmosphere at Abstract Bodyworks makes keeping �it enjoyable and fun. We are now both retired and in our mid - sixties, and felt it important to maintain our strength and �itness. After busy working lives it is all too easy to let personal �itness and a healthy diet slip by the wayside, when you are not as active as you used to be. Following on from early training sessions we received documented feedback on our performance, which gave us a very good measure of our progress. It was very encouraging to see that we had gained
