N othing could be simpler to put together and share al fresco with friends and family than a delicious cheeseboard, with cheeses from Cheese Etc, The Pangbourne Cheese Shop. We’ve used cheeses from fabulous cheese makers in Berkshire and Hampshire for a local feast full of flavour. Adding a few grapes and stuffed olives brings the Mediterranean even closer to home.

We start with Wigmore, a soft, gooey sheep’s cheese with a delicate flavour and its new sister, Truffled Spenwood, a hard sheep’s cheese with classic truffle notes on a long creamy base. Staying with creaminess but encircled with a layer of spruce is Winslade. Its full-bodied taste carries floral tones and resonates of pine. Barkham Blue is a perennial favourite,

with bu�ery Guernsey milk anchoring dancing blue veins. Se�ing these off is Smoked Winchester, an oak smoked hard cheese with a mild nu�y taste. Altogether, a perfect combination!
