There is a huge range of acts to choose from and all bookings will help the entertainment industry get back on its feet. Right now, most performers will have flexible pricing and will have more time to learn and perfect your special requests. I’m excited for the future of the industry. When restrictions are eased, I’m confident that entertainers will be busy performing and the industry will be as vibrant as ever. We may not know exactly when, but right now we expand our repertoire, network with others online, remain positive and support one another.” Pianist Lewis Bolland “However, many casual riders lack confidence to take the next step towards fitness and fun. That’s why our group rides cater for every level. And anyone is welcome to come along and give them a try. Historically seen as a ‘racing’ club, Newbury Road Club embarked on a new chapter, with a mission to welcome more leisure cyclists than ever. Club chairman Steve Dawes said: “While racing is still a big part of our club, many of our members just enjoy fresh air, good company and making the most of the local countryside, with a guilt-free coffee stop. “Alongside our weekend activities, we are offering more midweek group rides than ever. In a matter of days most of our bookings were cancelled or postponed. I run my own piano teaching company Private Piano Tuition UK and perform for the Four Seasons Hotel, Hampshire. I kept my school running online, however my performing completely stopped during each lockdown. With the lifting of restrictions, I was actually performing more private events than before. The in-between lockdown events demonstrated how appreciative and welcoming the guests were. If you’re planning an event – a birthday party, wedding, anniversary or a family get-together – consider having a live entertainer.
