Living with loss

L osing a loved one triggers huge emotions of sadness, anger, guilt or confusion; which can overwhelm us with feelings of loss, bewilderment and exhaustion. Grieving is the natural process of finding a way to live with this loss; with no time limit and everyone grieves di erently. illness, guilt for not having done enough, or preventing their death in some way; remorse can also be common in a di cult or confusing relationship. There are trained volunteers ready to welcome anyone from across the New Forest, Waterside and Totton communities. Open to all, you don’t need to a referral. When you feel able, drop in for a cuppa and chat anytime Monday to Friday from 10am until 4pm.
