Motoring needs One Stop

Quality Christmas Trees

THE One Stop Service Centre has been established for more than 15 years but Peter Jung and Chris Ielden took over the company just over 12 months ago to bring a fresh new approach and attitude to the car maintenance and repair industry. On top of the regular servicing and MOTs, its comprehensive service includes free collection and delivery, transportation to a local address, free courtesy car (subject to availability) and all at prices that can be up to 60 per cent cheaper than a main dealer. Peter said: “When Chris and I took over we wanted to make sure that all our customers feel comfortable coming to the One Stop Service Centre so we always discuss matters to do with the vehicles in simple straightforward language and use layperson’s terms wherever possible.” He added: “We’re accommodating and obliging because customer service is our key focus. “We also provide full vehicle safety inspection reports backed up with the latest tools and technology to show the vehicle condition and any corrective action that’s been taken or is advised.” After just one year in charge the business has grown considerably with this approach and continues to go from strength to strength. So, if your car requires servicing or repair, contact Peter or Chris at the One Stop Service Centre where you’ll find that they go the extra mile to do everything just that little bit better. One Stop has a free MOT and 20 per cent off follow- up service (not including parts ) to give away. To be in with a chance of winning, answer the following question and send your entry to the address on page six. Q How much cheaper can One Stop prices be compared to a main dealer?

NEWBURY Christmas Tree Farm is located just to the west of Newbury on the Bagnor Road. It supplies high-quality Christmas trees, stands and decorations to the local community. Newbury Christmas Tree Farm grows and sells a variety of species to suit everyone’s needs. Its main species is the Nordmann Fir, which in the last 20 years has become the UK’s favourite tree. All of its trees are grown within a 10-mile radius of the farm and are freshly cut to demand. Choosing the right tree can take time, especially if you don’t know the difference between the types. Below the farm has listed the varieties it sells, with a handy description to help you decide. And if you need more advice, just get in touch via the contact page, or ask the friendly staff when you come into the farm – they’ll be pleased to assist you. Nordmann Fir – Firm favourite due to its impressive, glossy green foliage, and superb needle-holding ability. This is the perfect family-friendly tree, ideally suited for indoor displays. Norway Spruce – The traditional British Christmas tree with a classic pine fragrance. Its short light-green foliage and broad spread give the tree a nice shape. Although the Nordmann Fir holds its needles better, the Norway Spruce’s ability to withstand the cold make it the better choice for an outdoor display. Fraser Fir – A uniformly pyramid shaped tree with good needle retention, a pleasant scent and a lovely dark blue-green colour. Also available at the farm this year are beautiful hand-made Christmas wreaths and decorations by Festive Florist. Win three £25 discount vouchers for a Christmas tree.

To be in with a chance of winning, answer the following question and send your entry to the address on page six. Q Which reindeer had a very shiny red nose? A) Rudolph B) Dasher C) Prancer
